ABOUT A QUESTION OF TIME

Time is omnipresent, following us everywhere; or are we following it? It is a measurement of periods in which existence progresses- understood as uncertain, universal, and ever-evolving.

What is time to you and how do you measure it?

Coventry University’s final year Fine Art students discuss and explore their relationships with time. From living off of stolen time, living within modern times, reminiscing on time- whatever it may be, Coventry University’s artists are asking themselves how the theme of ‘time’ can relate to their own contemporary artistic endeavours and interests.

Over the past three years, this collective of fine artists have cultivated a diverse portfolio enabling them to mature as creatives and develop an integral set of skills that are intrinsic for their evolution in the art world.

Featuring a compilation of work involving: painting, installation, publication, sculpture, and more. This gallery of work embodies the concept of time and how it resonates with each individual, allowing every artist to showcase their unique perspective.

Join us in their penultimate show that will precede their degree exhibition in order to celebrate their final year, as our time studying at Coventry University is almost up.
